Location: Brooksville, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Details: Oak Hill is in need of 1-2 FT providers to help cover their day shift needs. Please submit providers not already working at multiple other locations who are willing, and have the availability, to provide full time coverage. Some call coverage would also be needed along with 8,10,12 hour day shifts.

Work Details:
Systems Used: Medaxion, Qgenda, Meditech

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: FL license in hand, no exceptions

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, temps may be available
