Anesthesiologist – IV Moderate Sedation in Dental Surgical Suite (FL)

Job description

Shift: 7a–3p

December: 14 surgical days

January: 16 surgical days

Ongoing 2026: Minimum 10+ surgical days per month

Patients per Day: 1–3 (Dual full-arch cases in the AM; single arch or implants in the PM)

Two-week grace period built into schedule planning

Work Details

Sedation Type: General IV anesthesia for moderate sedation only — not fully putting patients under

Support Staff: Physician + 2 assistants

Patient Population: Ages 50–70

Setting: Dental surgical suite within an ambulatory/dental center

Procedure Rooms: Using 2; facility has 4 and is expanding

EMR: Eaglesoft (no training needed)

Skills & Requirements

Skills Required: IV anesthesia for moderate sedation

Board Certification: Required

License: Must hold FL license
