Anesthesiology needed for specific dates Gainesville, FL

Job description

Anesthesiologist needed for 1 week 03/16 – 03/20 –at surgery center in Gaineseville, FL. Can book for a longer period if provider would be open to picking up shifts, as needed, if available.
Shift Details: 8-10 hour shifts typically 7:30a start.
Schedule: M-F, typical start time is 7:30a, end times vary depending on cases for the day,
Call requirements: No Call
Work Details:
• Support staff: 1 MDA, 5 CRNAs/day
o Providers must be fully comfortable working independently – Providers will do their own cases
o MDA supervises and performs block as needed, communicated with CRNAs
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 week
• Patients per day: 20-22 cases/day
• EMR: Paper
• Special procedures: Ortho, plastics, eyes, general, ENT, GYN, Pain, Podiatry, Urology.

Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: Yes, FL
• DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: ~60 days – Confirming if temp privs are an option if needed
Lodging and rental car/mileage reimbursable

• 20-22 cases/day
• 8-10 hrs/day
