Start Date: 6/15/2026
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F): 3 (OR/OB/Cath Lab/IR)
3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F): 2 (OR/OB)
5:00pm - 7:00pm (M-F): 1 (OR/OB)
7:00pm -7:00 am (M-F): 1 (Backup Call)
On call Requirement: Weekends - Sat/Sun 7:00a-7:00a: 1 (Backup Call)
Orientation Process Must attend orientation. 4th Friday @ 07:30
Cases: ENDO, ENT, GYN, IR, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, Urology
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
