Outpatient Orthopedic surgery center
4 ORs
M-F coverage – no nights/weekends
Medical direction model
Fulltime needs beginning as soon as credentialed.
Will be able to credential in time as long as provider has active GA license
Credentialing Time Frame 60 - 90 Days
