**Must live 75 miles away from both facilities**
*** MDAs with availability to work nights at Midtown and night/weekend call at Northside will be given priority.
***Clinicians can’t work without completed enrollment packets.
***We are giving priority to presentations with MDAs that can work night shifts at Midtown and call shifts at Northside.

License: Active GA license
Board Cert: not required
Cred Timeframe: Approx.. 90 days
