Location: Georgia (two sites; privileges required at both)

Bed Size: 100

Anesthetizing Sites: 10

EMR: EPIC

Call: Nights and weekends; priority given to providers available for nights and night/weekend call

Credentialing: Approx. 90 days

Case Mix & Annual Volumes:

Total Case Volume: Inpatient 1,604 | Outpatient 4,191

General Surgery: 341 IP, 807 OP

Orthopedic General: 72 IP, 211 OP

Spine: 292 IP, 217 OP

Total Joints: 312 IP, 524 OP

Pediatrics: 100

Other Specialties: Bariatric (170 IP, 7 OP), GYN (25 IP, 501 OP), Neuro (46 IP, 31 OP), Plastics (25 IP, 233 OP), Podiatry (53 IP, 100 OP), Urology (157 IP, 1,408 OP), Endoscopy (3,170), Thoracic (4)

No OB or Cardiac cases

Requirements:

Active Georgia medical license

Board Certification not required

No malpractice or background issues
