Practice Setting: Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center

Support Staff: 1 MDA, 1 CRNA, and 1–2 surgeons/day

Independence: Must be fully comfortable working independently — providers will do their own cases

Typical Case Mix: Orthopedics, Plastics, Eyes, GYN, Pain, Podiatry, Urology

Patient Volume:

Light days: 1–2 cases

High-volume “eye days”: ~20–30 cases

EMR: Paper charting

Coverage: Full-time, Monday–Friday
