📅 Assignment Details

Start Date: Ideally Dec 1, 2025 (credentialing ~30 days, temp privs requested)

Contract Length: 26 weeks – ongoing

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7a–4p (occasional early outs or later days to 6p)

Shifts: 5x8s

Call: None

🏥 Practice Snapshot

Setting: Multi-Specialty ASC (Ortho, Plastics, Eyes, GYN, Pain, Podiatry, Urology)

Support: 1 MDA + 1 CRNA + 1–2 Surgeons/day

Volume: 1–2 cases on slow days | 20–30 on eye days

Model: Independent practice – must be comfortable doing own cases

EMR: Paper Charting

Board Certified Anesthesiologist

Active GA License & DEA

Credentialing: ~30 days (with temp privs requested)
