Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months minimum
Shift Details: 7a-3p or 7a-5p
Schedule: 8 -10 hour shifts- PM Beeper call is optional. Weekend call TBD
Work Details:
• How many providers: 1 FTE
• Supervision is required or not: Supervision is optional
• Procedures per day: Varies on the department
• Main Procedures: Bread and Butter, Ortho, Minimal OB, Minimal Spine, Very low consensus on Brain and heart
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
• Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging: rates are all inclusive
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC/BE
• License Required: Active IL license
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks for standard privs and can grant emergency privs in 2 weeks
