Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens | Chicago, IL
Job Details:
Facility: Mt. Sinai Hospital, Chicago, IL
Coverage Dates: ASAP; 12-week assignment
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday (overtime available)
Call: Preferred, pager call rotation
ORs Running: 8
Anesthesia Model: MDs do own cases
Case Types: General Surgery, Obstetrics, Orthopedics
Regional Blocks: Yes
EMR: iPro
Requirements:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active State License preferred (IMLC candidates considered)
Certifications required (ACLS, BLS, etc.)
DEA/CSR as per state or client requirements
Minimum monthly commitment required
Additional Information:
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Travel & Housing: Flights, car rental, lodging, mileage covered
Job Setting: Hospital Only
