Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: M-F 7a-3:30; No call or weekends
Work details: Ortho, peds (low acuity only), trauma (Level II Facility), neuro, plastics, OB, general surg, ENT, endoscopies, a lot of total joints, urology/cystos - no transplants, Blocks, Cardiac

IL License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
