Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | No Call, No Weekends

A high-performing ambulatory surgery center in Illinois is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative care team. Work alongside 3 CRNAs in a supportive, efficient environment focused on delivering excellent outcomes. This role offers a true work-life balance with no call and weekends off.

Position Highlights:

Team-Based Model: 1 MD + 3 CRNAs working in a collaborative setting with full case support.

Predictable Hours & No Weekends: Monday–Friday schedule, cases may start as early as 6:00 AM, and pay begins at clock-in.

Diverse Case Mix: ~3,700 cases/year including ortho, joint replacements, and spine—proficiency in regional techniques required.

Case Types & Skills Required:

General orthopedics, total joints, spine procedures

Regional techniques: brachial plexus, truncal, and lower extremity blocks

Block proficiency: spinal, interscalene, adductor, popliteal

Details:

EMR: Medaxion

Certifications: ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS required

Must hold active IL medical license & DEA
