• Start Date: October 2025
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00am – 3:00pm)
• No Call. No Weekends
• Case Types & Volume: ~3,700 cases annually, including general orthopedics, joint replacements, and spine procedures
• EMR: Medaxion
• Skills Required:
o Proficiency in brachial plexus spinals, truncal and lower extremity blocks
o Techniques include spinal, interscalene, adductor, and popliteal blocks
• Must be Board Certified
• ACLS (AHA Only), BLS, & PALS Required
• DEA Required
• Active IL License Required
