My name is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums, and I’m reaching out with an exciting new Anesthesiology locum opportunity in Illinois! This is a long-term assignment offering a strong pay rate, travel + lodging, and convenient access to Chicago.

⚡ Assignment Highlights:
📅 Start Date: January/February 2026 (flexible)
🕑 Schedule: M–F, 7 am – 5 pm (4x10s) | Ongoing, 6+ month commitment
📞 Call: In-house 1–2x weekly (light OB epidurals) + backup pager (minimal callbacks)
🏥 Coverage: 3 sites – main hospital + 2 ambulatory centers | 9 anesthetizing locations daily
👩‍⚕️ Team Structure: Supervision model | 1:4 Anesthesiologist-to-CRNA ratio
💻 EMR: Epic | Orientation 1–2 days

🩺 Case Mix:
General, OB, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Regional Blocks
Minimal peds (ages 2+ for simple ENT)
