Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist | Illinois

Job description

Length: 6+ month commitment (flexible)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Schedule: 
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (4x10s)
In-house call 1–2 times weekly (light call volume, primarily OB epidurals)
Backup pager call with minimal callbacks
Minimum 2 weeks per month


Practice Details:
Case Types: General, OB, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Regional Blocks
Minimal pediatric cases (ages 2+ for simple ENT procedures) 
EMR: Epic
Must have 2+ years of experience 
Must know general, OB, endo, ortho, and regional blocks 

Requirements: 
Board Certification
Active DEA
COVID-19 vaccine (medical exemptions only) 
Illinois license or willing to obtain (IMLC accepted)
