Job description

Position Details:
Location: Illinois
Start Date: January/February 2026 (Flexible)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• Ongoing coverage with a 6+ month commitment
Call Requirement:
• In-house call 1–2 times per week (light call volume, primarily OB epidurals)
• Backup pager call with minimal callbacks
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years required
Certifications: Must be proficient with Epic EMR

• Minimal pediatrics (ages 2+, simple ENT cases)

Work Locations:
• 9 anesthetizing locations daily
5 Main ORs
2 Endoscopy Suites
2 Satellite ORs
• Includes coverage at two satellite ambulatory centers

Supervision:
• Anesthesiologist to CRNA ratio: 1:4
• Anesthesiologists will supervise CRNAs

• 36 weeks
• Call required
• Cases include general, OB, endoscopy, orthopedics, and regional blocks. Minimal pediatric cases -- primarily ages 2+ for simple ENT procedures
