Contract Length: Ongoing; 6+ month commitment preferred
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p | 4x10s
Credentialing: ~90 days

Work across three sites (hospital + 2 ambulatory centers) with Epic EMR

Work Details

Call: In-house call 1–2x weekly (light OB epidural focus); backup pager call with minimal callbacks

Orientation: 1–2 days

Daily anesthesia coverage: 9 locations (5 main ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, 2 satellite ORs)

Cases: General, OB, endoscopy, orthopedics, regional blocks; minimal pediatrics (ages 2+ for simple ENT)

Anesthesiologist to CRNA ratio: 1:4 (supervisory model)

Requirements

Board Certified Anesthesiologist

Active IL license (willing to license)

Must have Epic EMR experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience

Competence in general anesthesia, OB, endo, ortho, and regional blocks
