Schedule & Coverage
• Scheduled + Call required
• Start: January/February 2026
• Hours: 7a–7p (day) / 7p–7a (call)
• Rotation: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Dates needed: Jan 2, Jan 5–11, Feb 2–6, Feb 9–13, Feb 16–20, Feb 23–27, Mar 2–6, Mar 9–13, Mar 16–Ongoing coverage
• Call: Limited OR call, occasional backup call
• Response time: 20 minutes
Details
• Cases: General, Peds, Ortho, Uro, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry
o Rock Island: Cardiac, Endo, Vascular
o Moline: GYN, Pain Management
• Supervision: Mix of supervision + own cases
• Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals (case logs required)
• Providers: 3 MDs / 10 CRNAs
• ORs: 4 (RI), 5 (M)
• Additional: CRNAs take OB call (Moline), MDs take OR call (Rock Island)
• EMR: EPIC
Requirements
• Certs: ACLS required, Cardiac/TEE exp preferred
• License: IL (vaccination required, exemptions considered)
• Must be Board Certified (not BE)
