Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist – Illinois 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Job description

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity across two Illinois sites. This role offers diverse case exposure, supportive OR teams, and a flexible 4-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule.

Assignment Details:
- Start Date: March 16, 2026
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 pm includes limited call and occasional back-up coverage

Case Mix:
-Pediatric, General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, GYN,

Requirements:
- Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
- Proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
- ACLS certification required
- EMR: Epic

Practice Details:
- Supervision: Mix of supervision and performing own cases
