Both Sites: Pediatrics, General, Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry
Cardiac, Endoscopy, Vascular
Gynecology, Pain Management

Practice Details
Supervision: Combination – some supervision & performing own cases
Procedures: Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
Caselogs: Required (must provide proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
EMR: Epic
Daily Staffing: 3 MDs / 10 CRNAs
ORs: 4 at Rock Island / 5 at Moline
Endo Room: 1 (Rock Island)
CV Room: 1

Schedule
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 ORs)
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (2 ORs)
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (2 ORs)

Call Coverage:
CRNAs: OB call
MDs: OR call

Requirements
Board Certification Required (will not accept Board Eligible)
Active IL License (or ability to obtain)

AHA ACLS Certification required
Cardiac/TEE experience preferred (not required)
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
• PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Opthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry / Add'l Cases _ RockIsland: CARDIAC, ENDO and VAS / Add'l cases _ Moline: GYN and Pain Mgmt
