Start: Upon credentialing

Duration: 20+ weeks

Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Hours: Regular day hours required

Call: In-house call preferred; weeknight and weekend pager call also preferred

Overtime: Not expected but available

Credentialing: Approx. 75 days
State License: Must hold active Illinois license

Anesthesia Model: MD-supervised

CRNA-to-MD Ratio: 3:1

MDs Perform Own Cases: Yes

Anesthesia Rooms: 6

💰 Compensation & Logistics

Pay Rate: $335/hr

Lodging: Up to $110/day

Car Rental/Mileage: Up to $250/week
