Basic Details
- Location: Indiana
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~120 days
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Schedule: Clinic hours plus on call
- Pay: $325 - $340 per hour plus call/call back

Department Details
- Little to no CRNA supervision
- 3 operating rooms
- Cases that include endo, OB/GYN, peds, general surgery, and ortho

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Active Indiana license
