Aya Locums is seeking experienced Anesthesiologist for an independent practice locums opportunity in Indiana. This is a non-supervision model with a mix of OR and OB cases, competitive pay, and a rotating call schedule.

Position Details:
• Start Dates: Multiple dates available beginning Dec 22
• Shifts: 7 a.m.–3 p.m. + rotating call (3 p.m.–7 a.m., from home)
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• Weekend Call: One weekend per rotation
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes
• Call Mix: OR + OB cases

Practice Details:
• Independent CRNA practice – no supervision model
• Cases: ENDO, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General, Ortho
• Procedures Required: Spinals, Epidurals, Regional Blocks (must be proficient)
• Case Logs: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
• Facility Setup:
o 3 ORs
o 1 MD / 1 CRNA per site
o No Endo, CV, Cath Lab, or IR rooms
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Active Indiana license
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA only), PALS, BLS
• 2+ years of independent CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks

Dates Available:
• December: 22, 29
• January: 5, 12, 26–27, 30
• February: 4, 9, 16, 19, 23, 27
• March: 4, 9, 16, 19, 23–24, 27
• April: 1, 13, 16, 21, 24, 29
