Anesthesiologist Needed in Lagrange, IN (PRN)

Location: Lagrange, IN

Start: December

26-week assignment

7a- 3p / Call Hours: 3p- 7a

Weekly Call Rotation: Call starts 3pm and goes to 7am, which is from home

Weekend Call Rotation: one weekend open every rotation

Rotation (every week, 3wks on 1w off etc.)? 3 weeks on/ 1 week off

Call scheduled? Noble: mix of OR and OB cases

Call Response time? 20 mins

Any supervision? MDs onsite - little to no supervision

Type of cases required: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, ORTHO

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Epidural and regional blocks skills required

Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: Each site: 1 MD/ 1 CRNA

Number of OR’s: 3

Number of Endo Room: 0

Number of CV Room: 0

Number of Cath Lab Room: 0

Number of IR Room: 0

EMR: EPIC

Certifications: ACLS?(required to be through AHA), PALS, BLS

**This is not a supervision model. CRNAs work independently.

Credentialing timeline: At least 120 days
