New Opportunity in Northeast Indiana with Aya Locums: Anesthesiologist

Aya Locums is seeking Board-Certified Anesthesiologists for a locums assignment in Northeast Indiana. This position offers full autonomy for MDs with a wide variety of case types and the ability to perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals independently.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour guarantee; call required
• Case Volume: ~2800 cases/year, including Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries/year with VBACs, no high-risk OB), GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, ENT, Endo
• OB & Blocks: Required
• Practice Setting: 3 anesthesia sites/day including OB
• Coverage: 1 MD / 2 CRNAs daily; 3 ORs + 2 Endo Rooms
• Bed Size: 25-bed facility
• EMR: EPIC
• Not a supervision model; CRNAs work independently with MDs covering podiatry cases
• C-sections performed in the main OR

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license (IMLC accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS, PALS
• Skills: Proficiency in epidurals, regional blocks, spinals; must be willing to take call and handle required cases
• Caselogs: 250 cases in the past year with facility documentation (not self-reported)
