Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for locums coverage in Northeast Indiana. This assignment offers a mix of OR and OB cases with scheduled clinical hours and rotating call coverage.

Assignment Details:
• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Call hours 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• Call Coverage: Mix of OR and OB cases; 20-min response time
• Dates of Need:
o Dec 29
o Jan 5, 12, 26–27, 30
o Feb 4, 9, 16, 19, 23–24, 27
o Mar 4, 9, 16, 19, 23–24, 27
o Apr 1, 13, 16, 21, 24, 29
• Case Types: ENDO, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics
• 3 ORs; no Endo, CV, Cath Lab, or IR rooms
• 1 MD / 1 CRNA per site
• EMR: EPIC
• MDs onsite; little to no supervision

Requirements:
• Board Certification required (MD or CRNA)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
• Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
• Case logs required with proof of blocks, spinals, epidurals
