Option 1 – Northern Indiana
🕒 Schedule: 7a–3p | Call 3p–7a
📆 Coverage: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
🩺 Case Mix: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Ortho
👩‍⚕️ Model: Little to no supervision
🌳 Community: Family-friendly area with affordable living and easy access to outdoor recreation

Option 2 – Southern Indiana
📆 Dates: Dec 15–17, Dec 21, Dec 24, Dec 26, Dec 29–Jan 2, Jan 13–16, Jan 18
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–3p | Call 3p–7a (from home)
🩺 Case Mix: General, Ortho (spine), Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, OB
💉 Skills: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
🌆 Community: Welcoming small-town feel with strong schools and close-knit medical community

Option 3 – Northeastern Indiana
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–3p | Call 3p–7a
🩺 Case Mix: ~2800 cases/year – General, Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries), GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
👩‍⚕️ Independence: No supervision | CRNAs work independently | MDs handle podiatry
💻 EMR: Epic
🌳 Community: Lakeside charm with year-round recreation and easy drive to larger metro hubs

Option 4 – Northern Indiana
📆 Coverage: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (Specific dates Sept–Dec + ongoing 2026)
🩺 Case Mix: High-acuity – General, Ortho, Urology, High-Risk OB (VBACs), Cancer, Liver, Vascular, ENT, Radiology, Cosmetics, Pulmonary, light Cardiac
👩‍⚕️ Independence: No supervision – performing own cases
🌆 Community: Diverse cultural amenities, vibrant arts, and excellent dining with strong healthcare infrastructure

Option 5 – Northeastern Indiana
📆 Coverage: Jan–April 2026 (every other Monday)
🩺 Case Mix: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Ortho
💉 Skills: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals – must be proficient
👩‍⚕️ Team Model: Little to no supervision
🌳 Community: Rural charm with quick access to nature, offering a slower pace of life and low cost of living

Option 6 – Central Indiana
📆 Dates: Starting Dec 22 | 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
🕒 Schedule: 7a–3p | Call 3p–7a
🩺 Case Mix: ENDO, OB, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, GYN, Ortho
💉 Skills: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals – must be proficient
👩‍⚕️ Team Model: Little to no supervision
💻 EMR: Cerner
🌆 Community: Mid-sized city with a mix of suburban comfort and urban conveniences

💰 All assignments include competitive pay, malpractice coverage, and travel/lodging provided.
