Job description

Type of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO

Supervision: MDs onsite - little to no supervision

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Cerner

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Licenses: COI - IN PCF required.***
