Location: Jasper, IN

Supervision: None – this is not a supervision model; CRNAs work independently

License: Active IN license or IMLC accepted

Board Status: Must be Board-Certified (No Board Eligible)

Credentialing: 30–60 days (Temps available for clean background/malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Assignment Details:

Cases Required: General, Ortho (mostly spine), Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Dental & limited Peds Dental, and Heavy OB

Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (case logs required)

OR/Procedural Areas: 6 ORs, 2 Endo, 1 Cath Lab, 1 IR Room, 0 CV

Staffing Model: 1–2 MDs + 6 CRNAs during the day

EMR: EPIC
