High-acuity, high-autonomy opportunity in northern Indiana.

Join a strong anesthesia team where physicians work independently — no supervision or medical direction. Handle a diverse, high-acuity case mix: General, Ortho, Urology, High-Risk OB (VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver, and more. Light cardiac and vascular. Endo (~2,100 cases/year).

Highlights:

Independent model – 6 CRNAs + 4 MDs daily

8 ORs + ASC coverage

Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks (interscalene, supraclavicular, TAPs, etc.)

High-risk OB: ~1,300 births/year (no NICU onsite)

Call: Shared evenly, dedicated anesthesia call room

Credentialing: 60–90 days | Temps available


Requirements:

Board Certified in Anesthesiology

Active IN license (or ability to obtain)

ACLS, BLS, PALS

• On Call Required
