🛑 Locum CRNA or Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Indiana - IMLC Accepted
📍 No Nights, No Weekends | Weekday OR Coverage Only

🗓️ Schedule:
• Monday–Friday only — No weekends 🙌
• Shift options:
 ▫️ 7:00a–3:00p
 ▫️ 7:00a–5:00p
 ▫️ 7:00a–7:00p
• Flexible depending on case volume and provider availability

🏥 Practice Details:
• Setting: 6 ORs, 2 Endo suites, 2 GI suites
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Avg. Census: Varies based on case types
• EMR: Cerner

💉 Procedures You'll Cover:
• Ortho
• Neuro
• ENT
• GI (including Bronchs & Endos)
• Cardiac preferred (not required)


📋 Requirements:
✅ Board Certified
✅ Active Indiana License OR IMLC
✅ BLS Certification
✅ New Grads Welcome! 🎓

⏱️ Credentialing Timeline:
• Temporary privileges available for expedited onboarding 🕒
• Full credentialing required only if assignment extends past 6 months
• Enrollments (payer enrollment): 90–120 days – cannot be expedited
