3 Fulltime Locum Anesthesiologist Needed - Lafayette, IN

Job description

Schedule Details: 3 Fulltime providers
—Shift hours are (7a-3p) (7a-7p) (7a-5p) Monday- Friday; no weekends

Work Details:
· EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
· Practice Setting: There are 6 ORs, 2 Endo and 2 GI suites
· Avg. Daily Census: Depends on the type of cases
· Patient Age Group: Adult

Requirements:
· Board Certifications Req’d
· State License(s): Indiana
· Certifications: BLS
· Years of Experience Req’d: new grads are considered
- Supervision: TBD

Procedures: Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI to include Bronchs and Endos. Cardiac is preferred.
