Job description

🗓 Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Shift options: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, or 7a–7p

No weekends!

🏥 Facility Details:

EMR: Cerner

6 ORs, 2 Endo, and 2 GI suites

Adult patient population

Case mix includes: Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI (including Bronchs & Endos)

Cardiac experience preferred

📋 Requirements:

Board Certified

Active Indiana license

BLS required

New grads welcome to apply!

A current Skills Sheet is preferred upon presentation

🕐 Credentialing:

Medical Staff can expedite privileges for temps

Enrollments: 90–120 days (cannot be expedited)

Full credentialing required only if assignment exceeds 6 months

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
• Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI to include Bronchs and Endos
