Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens – Indiana

Assignment Overview:

Location: Indiana

Schedule: Full day across 3 anesthesia sites (including OB); must be available for call

Team: 1 MD / 2 CRNAs per day

ORs: 3 ORs plus 2 Endoscopy rooms

Bed Size: 25

EMR: Epic

Case Mix: General, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, ENT, OB (VBACs; no high-risk OB; C-sections in main OR)

Procedures: Epidurals, spinals, regional blocks required

Caselogs: Proof required (250 cases from the past year, facility verified)

Requirements:

Board Certified Anesthesiologist

Active Indiana license or eligible through IMLC

ACLS (AHA), PALS, BLS required

Must be willing and able to handle independent cases and take call

Clean credentialing history (60–90 days; temps available for fully clear applicants)

• OB coverage required with proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
• High-volume surgical environment: General, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, ENT, and ~250 OB deliveries/year (including VBACs)
• Independent practice model; CRNAs and MDs operate autonomously
