Location: Indiana
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
Shifts: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p

Setting:
6 ORs, 2 Endo, 2 GI suites
Adult patient population

Case types: Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI (including Bronchs/Endos); Cardiac preferred

Requirements:
Board Certified
Indiana license
BLS
New grads welcome
