Locums Anesthesiologist needed in IN

Assignment Details
• Start Date: December 2025-Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (occasionally until 5:30 p.m.)
• Specific Dates Needed:
Dec 22–24, 26 (holiday bonus) | Dec 29–31, Jan 2 (holiday bonus)
Jan 6–9, 16, 19–23, 30 | Feb 9–13, 16–20, 27
Mar 2–6, 9–13, 15–20, 23–27 | Apr 6–10, 13–17, 24

Practice Details
• Model: Independent – no supervision or medical direction
• Daily Staffing: 6 CRNAs + 4 MDs (9 providers total per day)
○ 7 at main hospital
○ 2 CRNAs in ASC
○ 1 provider on post-call day off
• ORs: 8
• Case Mix:
○ General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Pulmonary, Cancer, Liver
○ High-risk OB (including VBACs) – ~1,300 births per year
○ Light cardiac and major vascular cases
○ Radiology with anesthesia and some cosmetics
• ASC: Focus on Endoscopy (~2,100 cases/year)
• Procedures: Spinals, epidurals, and blocks (must be proficient)
○ Common blocks: bread & butter, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal, TAPs

Additional Information
• Call Room: Dedicated anesthesia-only call room available
• NICU: Not onsite; transfers to South Bend or Fort Wayne as needed
• Experience: Must be comfortable with high-acuity and high-risk OB cases
