Schedule
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:00p
• Coverage Dates:
○ Dec 21, 23, 24 (x3)
○ Dec 26, 29–31 (x2)
○ Jan 1, 2 (x2), Jan 3–4, Jan 6–7, Jan 19–23 (x2)
○ Ongoing weekly (x2) through mid-March, then (x1) ongoing after mid-March

Facility Details
• Type: Acute Care Hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Supervision Model: None – CRNAs work independently
• OR Setup: 6 ORs, 2 Endo, 1 Cath Lab, 1 IR Room, 0 CV

Clinical Details
• Cases: General, Ortho (mostly spine), Urology, Ophthalmology, GYN, minimal Dental/Peds Dental, ENT, Podiatry, and heavy OB
• Required Skills: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Case Logs: Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
• Providers per Day: 1–2 MDs / 6 CRNAs
