Schedule
• Schedule Type: Scheduled + On Call
• Shift: 7:00a–3:00p (Day); Call 3:00p–7:00a
• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
• Call Details: Mix of OR and OB cases, 20-minute response time
• Coverage Dates:
○ Feb 25 – Call only
○ Mar 24–27
○ Mar 30–Apr 3
○ Apr 6–10
○ Apr 20–24
○ May 11–17
○ Jun 22–26

Facility Details
• Type: Acute Care Hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Supervision: MDs onsite; little to no supervision
• Support Staff: 1 MD / 1 CRNA per site
• OR Setup: 3 ORs, 0 Endo, 0 CV, 0 Cath Lab, 0 IR

Clinical Details
• Case Types: Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, General, Ortho
• Skills Required: Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
• Case Logs: Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
• Model: Independent practice (no supervision)
