Aya Locums is seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide ongoing coverage at a busy surgical facility in Indiana. This opportunity offers a steady schedule, diverse case mix, and the chance to work within a well-supported, multi-suite operative environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing; minimum 2 weeks per month
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
o Shifts: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p
o No weekends
• Team Structure: 3 full-time providers
• Credentialing:
o Med staff can expedite temporary privileges
o Enrollment: 90–120 days (cannot be expedited)
o Credentialing only required if term >6 months; timeline 120–180 days
• Location: Indiana

Work Details
• Specialty: Anesthesiology
• Procedures: Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI (including Bronchs and Endos). Cardiac preferred.
• Skills Sheet: Preferred (procedures completed within the last 1–2 years)
• Patient Population: Adult
• Practice Setting:
o 6 ORs
o 2 Endoscopy suites
o 2 GI suites
• EMR: Cerner
• Daily Census: Varies by case mix

Requirements
• License: Active Indiana medical license (facility willing to license)
• Board Certification: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: New grads welcome
