Location: Indiana
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends
Shifts: 7a–3p, 7a–7p, 7a–5p
Commitment: Minimum 2 weeks per month
Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia
EMR: Cerner

Position Overview
A facility in Indiana is seeking three full-time anesthesia locums providers for ongoing weekday coverage. Providers will work in a multi-OR environment with a broad case mix, supported by a stable clinical team. New grads are welcome to apply.

Practice Details
6 ORs
2 Endoscopy suites & 2 GI suites
Adult-only patient population
Daily census varies based on case load
Supervision: TBD
Case Mix / Procedures
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
ENT
GI (including Bronchs & Endoscopy)
Cardiac preferred (not required)

Requirements
Board Certification required
Indiana state license
Experience: New graduates accepted
Credentialing
Temps available – Medical Staff can expedite
Enrollment timeframe: 90–120 days (cannot be expedited)
Full credentialing only required if assignment exceeds 6 months
