Anesthesiology Physician Needed in Lafayette, IN:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Schedule Details: Flexible. Preferably a variation of day shifts, OB shifts and OR call, but if we get a good candidate who doesn't want call we would still consider a 5 days a week dayshift.
Call Responsibilities: OR call (4p-7a) possibly once a weekOB call (7a-7a), negotiable
Work Details:
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Must be able to perform below procedures and provide case logs if requested: If taking call would need to do epidurals/spinals for OB, Art line/central line placement, General (including DaVinci robotic cases, Ortho, Ortho Spine, Neuro, GYN (including DaVinci robotic cases), Vascular, ENT, Some non-OR anesthesia (NORA) cases such as GI endoscopy, MRI, cath lab, TEEs and IR cases, CV
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· DEA: Indiana
· Certifications required: *CV Anesthesiologists need to be TEE certified*

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active IN License Required
