Job description

-Credentialing Timeframe 60-90 days
-Start Date: As soon as credentialled
-Rotation (every week, 3wks on 1w off etc. - vacation coverage
-Call scheduled: - dayshift only
-MDs onsite - little to no supervision
-Type of cases required: - ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
-Number of providers during the day: - 5
-Number of OR’s: - 4
-EMR System: Cerner
