Job description

Start: ASAP | 6-month commitment with option to extend
Schedule: 5 days/week, may include weekends, ~40-45 hrs/week, no nights, no holidays, no call
Weekend work (if applicable): 1:5 Saturday rotation, typically 1-2 cases, done by 1pm
Full-time preferred; will also consider 2-on/2-off schedules
Case types: Endoscopy, Urology, Ortho/Spine/Podiatry, GYN/General, Eyes/ENT — full skillset required, strong proficiency with nerve blocks
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified, DEA
Licensing: Active IN or KY license accepted
Credentialing: 7 days for temp privileges
Pay: $320/hr + T&L considered
