• Shift Type: Varies, call structure includes 12- and 24-hour coverage
• Call Requirements: Available weekdays and weekends, must be available during Christmas and New Years
• Call Ratio: Varies
• Call Response Time: In-house or 30 minutes on beeper
• Practice Setting: Hospital and Surgical Centers
• Support Staff: Some CRNAs and techs; no AAs
• Supervision: Sometimes supervising CRNAs
• Provider Solo Status: Most of the time
• EMR/Charting: EPIC and paper chart
• Number of Operating Rooms: 28 total locations
• Average Cases per Day: Varies
• Cases/Procedures: General, Ortho, Urology, Robotics, Cardiac, Peds, full spectrum
• Required Skills: Proficient in regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia; TEE certification for cardiac; Peds fellowship required
• Trauma Level: II
• Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 45
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
• Patient Age Demographic: Varies
• Malpractice: Will accept providers with closed cases if no payout
• Vaccinations: Flu required
• Licensure: IA preferred
• Credentialing: 60–90 days
