Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens | Louisville, KY
Job Details:
Coverage Dates: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday, guaranteed 40 hours per week
Shift Duration: Standard 8-hour shifts
Call Schedule: Weeknight and weekend call not required, but please indicate interest
Case Types: All cases except OB, trauma, pediatrics, and cardiac (locums will not cover cardiac).
Annual Case Volume: 15,000 cases per year, 16 ORs
Care Model: Medically directed Care Team
Support Staff: 35 CRNAs, 10 MDs
Requirements:
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Board Certification: Required in Anesthesia
State License: Active Kentucky license preferred (willing to consider candidates for licensure)
CSR/DEA: Required
Additional Information:
EMR: Epic (training required, scheduled 3 times per month)
Minimum Commitment: 2-3 months
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
