Locum Anesthesiologist needs in Louisville, KY - Multiple locations

8's , 10's or 12's
Minimum of 2 days a week, Will look at on/off schedules as well
18 OR's at Hospital
10 OR's at Pavilion
60 - 90 Days for credentialing
Weeknight and Weekend Pager Call available but not required
