Job description

- Credentialing: 48 hours
- Schedule: 8 hours of coverage 5 days per week.
- No Call.
- Need someone comfortable performing blocks for local cases.
- Number of Operation Rooms: 1.
- Practice Settings: Outpatient.
- EMR: Epic.
- Licensed in MD or IMLC.
