DESCRIPTION:

Dates: 2-week installments, except that 2/19-3/15* could be a 4-week assignment.
• 1/22-2/2
• 2/19-3/1*
• 3/4-3/15
• 4/8-4/19
• Preferably all 5 days, 07-3:30, but could be 10 hrs., flexible days.
• Shifts to select: 7 am - 330 pm, 7 am – 530 pm.

• Patient ages: All ages - children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• NO CALL REQUIREMENTS (do have weekend and day call if interested)
• Preferred – All Gastro cases, including: EUS and ERCP.
• Types of cases/Specialty mix/ Level III Trama Center.
• Must be comfortable performing - General (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy/appy.), Robotic (Gastric Bypass, prostates), vascular (Endo AAA, A-V fistulas, CAE’s), ortho, mastectomies, cystoscopy’s)
• Support staff available: Collaborative MD/CRNA relationship
• Anesthesia Techs – machine turnovers
• Scrub Techs and first assists
• POA’s - OR’s.
• Type of charting: Paper charting
• Privileges: Will allow temporary privileges.
• EMR: Meditech

REQUIRED:
• MA state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified
• Clean Background
• COVID vaccination complete
• BLS/ACLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Credentialing timeframe: Timeframe for BMC less than 1 month.
