• Home Call is preferred
• Reason for need: Provider departure
• General Cases: OB, Ortho, urology, ENT, Plastics, and Neurosurgery
• Vaccines Mandatory?: No
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20
• Fairly heavy regional exposure with anesthesiologists doing their own blocks.
• No Cardiac and occasional Peds
• NAME CLEAR FIRST
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s): Yes
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• CSR Req’d: no
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1+ year
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Willing To License?:NO

• Ongoing for 3 months
• No call
• Case types include General Surgery, OB, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, Plastics, and Neurosurgery.
